What is the shipping cost for my purchase?

Our flat rate of $40.00 covers UPS Ground delivery for most guitars and basses within the continental United States.  For amps, acessories, drums, and other items, we'll be happy to provide you with a custom quote for your purchase.  Feel free to get in touch with us at anytime.

Do I pay tax?

Your purchase is tax-free as long as you reside outside of New York State.  New Yorkers will pay sales tax on the pre-shipping total.

What are your hours?

We work around the clock, but for customer service and phone orders, we can be reached Tueday-Friday 12pm-8pm EST and 11am-5pm Saturdays.  On Sunday and Monday, customer care is closed.  You may send us an email anytime and we will get right back to you.

How long will it take me to get my purchase?

In-stock items ordered before 3pm EST usually ship the same day.  For out-of-stock items, we will give you the best information we can regarding the status of that product.

Is there a return policy, and is my satisfaction guaranteed?

Yes. We offer a 48-hour approval period on all guitars, amps, and drums.  Accessories not in their original packaging may be returned only if defective.  A full refund will be given on authorized returns, not including shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier's and personal checks, and bank wire transfers.  

Do you match compititor's prices?

Yes.  We do our very best to meet or beat any compitor's advertised price on an in-stock item.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes!  We'd be happy to discuss a trade with you.  Let us know what you've got!

Are all the products you sell new?

Unless marked used, everything for sale at guitarClick.com is brand-new and comes with the full factory warranty.  We have great relationships with some of the biggest manufacturers in the world and will use our buying power to give you the best prices possible.
